ZC Ultra-thin Cast Strip (UCS) plant is imported from Nucor, USA and it is the first commercialized twin-roll casting production line in Asia. At present, ZC UTS provides various kinds of high-quality strip coils including ultra-thin structural steel, weathering steel, P.O. steel, high-carbon steel and high-strength steel with a thickness of 0.7-1.9mm and also the potential to produce high magnetic induction silicon steel. With an annual capacity of 500,000 tons, the UTS products are advantaged in stable property, good strip profile and precise gauge control and good alternates of cold rolling strips for a wide range of applications.
